Q. Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Mexico and when I was 16 we moved to the states.
Q. How long have you been in New York and what's your favorite thing about it?
14 years and the thing that I like the most is
The lifestyle
Q. What are you passionate about/what do you do for fun? Do you have any pictures or a portfolio of things you have worked on in the past that you can share with us?
Food I love to be in the kitchen.I use food like a platform so I can show our costumers my talent, cause cooking is more then just food, cooking is an art. I don’t have a portfolio but I do have all the reviews from the New York Times to the restaurants I worked I used them or think of them as my diplomas.
Q. What did you do for work before this project and what other professions have you had in the past?
I worked in a French restaurant as a sous chef till March 2020, that’s the only profession I know.
Q. How do you think covid 19 will change the way people live in the future. What is something you would like to do in the future?
I don’t think a lot of people is ready for this change, we get used to the same routine so it would be hard, but we needed this.
We were in need of a lesson that nothing stays forever that we are not machines and we can brake at any moment. My dream is to have a farm back home with a bunch of animals and probably a small restaurant. That would be fantastic.
